2.2. Customers must use "For Products and Services" during payment to ensure Purchase Protection.
2.3. Payments made using "Friends and Family" (F&F) are accepted; however, they will not include Purchase Protection.

3. Shipping

3.1. We offer nationwide free shipping for all orders.
3.2. Customers must include their full shipping details during checkout or in the PayPal message.
3.3. Orders without a valid shipping address will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are available only within 30 days of purchase.
4.2. Refunds are issued only if the product is found to be damaged upon delivery.
4.3. Customers must provide proof of damage (e.g., photos) to initiate a refund request.

5.1. SpawnRugs offers custom rugs inspired by popular gaming themes but does not sell official Roblox merchandise.
5.2. The designs are unique creations and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. SpawnRugs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
7.2. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
